Major mechanical, electrical and image quality checks were successfully completed, including internal gantry rotor inspection, slip ring and brush inspection, cooling fan and air filter inspection, compressor maintenance, filament calibration, air calibration, tube output calibration and image quality / IQ checks. System safety checks and a full system backup were also completed and passed. The Philips Brilliance iCT 256 is fully operational and ready for clinical deployment.
